 The Outer Hebrides Community Planning Partnership is currently reviewing its SOA and as required under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act is developing a Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) for the Outer Hebrides, and Locality Plans for the areas of Stornoway West and Benbecula and North Uist. It is anticipated these plans will be published by Autumn 2017.

Single Outcome Agreement

 

This Single Outcome Agreement for 2013-23 between the Scottish Government and Outer Hebrides Community Planning Partnership sets out priorities which will focus the delivery of better outcomes for the people of the Outer Hebrides.

The Outer Hebrides SOA has been developed by the Community Planning Partnership - recognising the key role other organisations will play through working in partnership to deliver local outcomes and contribute to the Scottish Government’s National Outcomes
